SEARCHING |

Make up the searching project for each vacancy by analyzing the competitors information of ours client according to the specific requirements. Then filter each potential candidate through our database and large society relationship. |

EVALUATION |

Interview with the candidates, testing for the communication skills, management skills, vocational knowledge, achievements, advantage and shortcoming, character, current and expected salary and etc. Then write the evaluation reports and the reference check. |

RECOMMENDATION |
| |
Recommend the suitable candidates to our client, arrange interview between our client and candidates. And assist to take the effective communication for both parties as the special conditions. |

GUARANTEE |
| |
Keep close contact with the client and successful candidates; assist to solve the entire problem that will probably happen during the probation period, make sure that both parties are satisfied. |
