AREAS OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Planning and Budgeting Develop and implement manufacturing function budget and plan; allocate function target to subordinates; and monitor the achievement of the budget and overall performance in order to achieve targeted manufacturing performance. Policies and Procedures Develop and implement the manufacturing related policies and procedures in order to align with government regulation and corporate policy. People Management and Development Allocate and balance work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports; mentor, develop and motivate them; and resolve people/functional issues in the department in order to achieve targeted performance and retain key talent. Manufacturing Management Manage manufacturing, including execute production plan, review and solve manufacturing issues, and update the manufacturing key issues with operation director in order to improve manufacturing efficiency and achieve operation excellence. Key Process Technology Development Involve and support (including allocate resource and provide advice) key process technology development in order to improve manufacturing efficiency and achieve operation excellence. Production Quality System Maintain production quality system in order to improve manufacturing efficiency and achieve operation excellence. REQUIREMENTS 1.Bachelor degree 2.10 years manufacturing experience including 6 years management experiences 3.Management skills, good coordination and communication skill,accountability, integrity, customer focus 4.Fluent English
