Implement M3 system for the newly acquired entity.

 Define and implement internal controls in a manufacturing and sales environment

 Develop and implement costing model for the manufacturing process and incorporate in within the M3 system.

 Oversees the functions of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets accounting in the manufacturing plant

 Ensure that the books of the company are closed in a timely and accurate manner.

 In charge of the inventory accounting and provisioning process. Perform quarterly cost rolls.

 Manage day-to-day treasury functions of the Company. Prepare monthly cashflow forecasts for submission to Kemin China for cashflow management within Kemin’s operations in China.

 Assist Kemin China’s Finance Director in managing the insurance coverage of the Company.

 Manage the submission of the tax filings and any other governmental reporting requirements in China , e.g, Statistics reporting, VAT returns etc

 Manage and train direct reports.

Qualifications & Experience

 Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

 Minimum of 6 years working experience in the finance or accounting area.

 Working experience in a manufacturing environment

 Strong command of written and spoken English.

 Fluent in Mandarin

 Experience in working with ERP systems. M3 is a big plus.

 Self- motivated, independent & resourceful

 The candidate must have a verifiable, spotless reputation for honesty and integrity.

Working conditions : The Senior Finance Manager is office based in Ningbo. The working hours are considered to be a minimum of 40 hours per week and typically requires tremendous flexibility. The incumbent may be expected to travel domestically (to Zhuhai) on an occasional basis.
