Major responsibilities: 

. Implement M3 system for the newly acquired entity. 

. Define and implement internal controls in a manufacturing and sales environment 

. Develop and implement costing model for the manufacturing process and incorporate in within the M3 system.   

. Oversees the functions of Accounts Payable, Major responsibilities:

. Ensure that the books of the company are closed in a timely and accurate manner. 

. In charge of the inventory accounting and provisioning process. Perform quarterly cost rolls. 

. Manage day-to-day treasury functions of the Company.  Prepare monthly cashflow forecasts for submission to Kemin China for cashflow management within Kemin’s operations in China. 

. Assist Kemin China’s Finance Director in managing the insurance coverage of the Company.   

. Manage the submission of the tax filings and any other governmental reporting requirements in China , e.g, Statistics reporting, VAT returns etc. 

. Manage and train direct reports. 

Qualifications & Experience 

. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance 

. Minimum of 6 years working experience in the finance or accounting area. 

. Working experience in a manufacturing environment 

. Strong command of written and spoken English. 

. Fluent in Mandarin

Working conditions : The Senior Finance Manager is office based in Ningbo.  The working hours are considered to be a minimum of 40 hours per week and typically requires tremendous flexibility.  The incumbent may be expected to travel domestically (to Zhuhai) on an occasional basis.
