1.     Job targets/Area of responsibility

   1)      Research work, for instance on materials or competingproducts;

2)      Design laboratory and analysis devices according tovalid standards and guidelines;

3)      Control production design and manufacturing costs;

4)      Make sure thedevelopment process is in accordance with pre-set project schedule;

5)      Assemble functional samplesand prototypes;

6)      Collect and evaluate test data of the above;

7)      Compile technical documents;

8)      Conduct calculationsandsimulations;

9)      Prepare BOM, technical drawings, instruction manualsand etc;

10)  Analyze hazard and error;

11)  Implement technical changes and product management;

Cooperateand support relevant function divisions, such as production, application,service, purchasing.
