Job descriptions:*

He reports to regional business manager – South China.  He is responsible for conducting basic L1 training and relevant trainings in GZ. He also communicates with GZ(HR) and our training manager (HK) to arrange technical and non-technical professional trainings to our GZ Electronics staff of various levels. Followings are his job responsibilities

Budgeting and Scheduling

He is required to prepare training schedules and training budget for our GZ Electronics staff every year by coordinating regional business manager – South China, training manager (HK), PMMs and GZ (HR). The training schedules and training budget are to sent to training manager (HK) for consolidation to the headquarters. 

Material preparation 

He uses the latest training material given by training manager (HK) who receives from the headquarters. He translates training materials with proper Chinese words. In addition, he evaluates and improves the effectiveness of training by collecting feedbacks from trainees at the training courses. He is required to maintain training material database and update training records. With training records, he analyses and evaluates the training results for further improvement. On the area of skill development, such as English language, sales skills, communication, customer services etc., he confers with GZ (HR) to arrange relevant training sessions for GZ Electronics staffs. 

Training 

He  is responsible for conducting L1 (Basic PCB processes), and L1A (for Administrative /Logistic personnel) training in South China. He may provide professional training directly to customers as requested by regional business manager – South China. He keeps communication with Technical Center Manager to review the training contents to the new hires according to our actual needs. 

He reviews the training needs with regional business manager, PMM, GZ (HR) and training manager (HK) annually based on our projected businesses,  PCB technology trend, manpower and personnel development to cope with the overall sales growth in South China.
