Job Title: Systems Engineer (Systems Architect)

Responsibility:

•Specify requirements and architecture for integrated computer systems for medical, industrial, and rugged environments.

•Assist in sales/marketing process by providing technical concepts for customer review.

•Manage specification interpretation and ensure schedule and cost-targets are met.

•Facilitate periodic vendor meetings for evaluation, roadmap review, and technical discussion

Through collaboration with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, marketing, hardware-, thermal-, mechanical-, and software-engineering, you will be responsible for defining and guiding products in response to customer needs and market opportunities.

Requirements:

* Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering and 5 years experience.  

* Must have excellent both Mandarin and English communication skills (spoken, written, and presentation).  

* Must possess strong problem solving and decision making skills and able to meet commitments on time

* Experienced in leading cross-functional and multi-national technical discussion 

* Must be able to demonstrate cross-discipline knowledge of:

•Specification and/or design of mechanical packaging and thermal solutions for medical, industrial, and rugged environments, 

•Specification and integration of panels/displays and peripherals (buttons, speakers, touch-screen interfaces),

•Specification and integration of power-supplies,

•Architecture, electrical design, or thermal/mechanical design of computer motherboards,

•Industrial design practices suitable for medical, industrial, and rugged environment users
