Responsible for working closely with production’s management team to proactively address business issues related to workforce development and productivity. 2. Providing advice and counsel on people issues relating to production’s needs & priorities. 3. Recommend solutions to ER and HR issues. 4. Execute & implement HR programs. Partner with HR other functions to assure production relevancy & acceptance. 5. Deliver & represent the HR strategy to section department in production. 6. Responsible for HR client relationship with line management team of production. Requirements: 1、 Bachelor Degree 2、 5+ years working experience in HR field either in generalist role or specialist role especially with experience in recruitment and ER function. 3、 Excellent in spoken and written English. 4、 Mature and open minded with capability easily adapting to new organization environment. 5、 Good communication skill, negotiation skill, presentation skill, and interpersonal skill. 6、 Familiar with local legislation and regulations. 7、 Good experience and skill on ER function, especially with rich experience on conflict and emergency solution.
