岗位职责：

1.Provide technical supports for normal production in pre-fabrication workshop (TIG welding, spot welding, laser welding,punch nibbling, a little refer to press brake, grinding, etc.)

为预装车间的日常生产提供相应的技术支持，主要涉及氩弧焊，点焊，激光焊，数控冲及少量的折弯打磨等

2.Be responsible for order or improve equipments and fixtures for self-made metal parts. Supervise installation and adjustment.

为自制件进行相关生产设备或工装的订购及改善，协调并跟踪相应的安装及改善工作

3.Coordinator for 0-Series & trial production and material preparation.Follow up quality problems occurred in 0-Series & trial production

协调新品的调试及试生产并准备相关的物料，跟踪调试及试生产时的相关质量问题

4.Guide and supervise producing process, create the work instruction, solve problems and improving.

负责现场生产工艺方面的相关问题及改善，导入工艺作业指导书

 专业知识Professional Knowledge：

1. Affluent experience of welding technology foucus on sheet metal (0.5~1.5mm), especially for stainless steel TIG welding.

2. Familiar to relevant automatic welding facility & fixture

3. Familiar sheet metal forming process, including press, brake bending, punch nibbling
