RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plans, controls and directs activities of the field sales force to secure maximum sales volume and profit target and to develop maximum potential sales from all markets for the company’s products.

2. Formulates and recommends policies and objectives to ensure most effective operation of field sales activities

3. Contributes to the development of achievable sales targets based on forecasted market trends and customer analysis.

4. Advises and consults senior management of current development and trends, including customer reaction and distribution channels.

5. Responsible for the design, development and delivery of effective management and sales training programes to ensure sales force potential is maximized

REQUIREMENTS

1. Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 12 years of relevant working experience. Post graduate training in Sales or Marketing Management.

2. Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering holder with at least 15 years of relevant working experience and post graduate qualification in Sales & Marketing.

3. Outgoing personality, with proven good track record in managing a progressive sales team 

4. Positive outlook with excellent negotiation and communication skills
