工作范围及责任 JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

A.工作职能 PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

1.Develop the annual, quarterly and monthly promotion plan for all sales regions.

2.Allocate, verify, monitor and evaluate the promotion spending in the sales regions to ensure the rational use of the resources within budget.

3.Organize, monitor and evaluate the key consumer promotion, outlet promotions and merchandising drive campaign.

4.Communicate with the sales team and the trade to ensure the alignment of trade promotion and the procedures of expense application and reimbursement..

5.Develop and deploy all kinds of POSM for promotion and for in-door & out-door merchandising.

6.Instruct and monitor the daily work of the trade marketing supervisor and trade marketing assistant to ensure their timely fulfillment of their daily tasks.

7.Assist in new product launching & new TVC campaign 

8.Promoter-team, merchandiser-team, promotion hot-line operator training and management.

9.Promotional packaging material planning and management.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

A.学历 Education

College degree or above

B.工作经验 Working Experience

At least 5 years’ of relevant experience in FMCG industry.

C.技能 (包括语言能力、知识技能、领导/管理能力等) Skills (e.g. Language, Knowledge, Leadership/Management Skills, etc.)

1.Fluent Mandarin and Cantonese and English

2.Good verbal and written communication skill and good computer skill.

3.Demonstrate positive leadership.

4.Good at effective interpersonal communications.

Travel regularly to visit dealers, wholesalers and retailers.
