1.Responsibilities: 负责全国石油石化化工销售工作,制定并执行销售计划,完成销售任务; Target the for petrol chemical, chemical projects in China wide, prepare sales strategy and complete the sales assignments; 制定目标市场长期发展目标 Targeting each market concept 组织并规划石油,化工和液化气市场策略 Structure Petro, chemical and LNG market 执行销售及市场开发的计划和活动; Fulfill the sales and marketing plans and activities;标书准备及投标; Prepare quotations for the upcoming projects; 与关键客户如设计院、业主、工程公司保持良好合作关系; Visit and maintain a good relationship to Design Institutes, owners and constructions companies; 向客户、设计院推广公司产品质量、设计理念、技术方案等方面理念; Convince clients and design institutes of the technical and commercial concept of our products, concepts and solutions; 及时了解跟踪市场情况并反馈公司。 Research and following dynamic market information and feedback to company.
2.Requirements: 工科本科以上学历,最好应用化学或化工机械等专业;
Bachelor degree in technique background, applied chemical or chemical Mechanical Engineer etc.will be preferred
7年以上销售工作经验主要在石化领域,有技术背景优先,有外企工作经验者优先; Approximately 7 years experience in sales, mainly focus on petro market, ideally good technical understanding of the petrochemical industries; foreign company experience will be appreciated 熟悉操作制图软件、办公软件; Experience with technical drawings, CAD-tools, MS Office tools; 流利的英语听、说、读、写能力; Fluent English is required; 诚实、具有强烈的责任心、敬业精神和团队合作能力; Good and honest personality and team-player; 良好的沟通能力,对市场的敏锐度,能独立开展销售活动; Good negotiation skills with sensitivity for market, customers and in house relations; 适应经常出差。 Can travel frequently.
