1.Job Requirements:

3-5 years experience managing and leading a manufacturing team, preferably within a visual-focused-factory environment. 

        At least 5 – 10 of years of experience in a manufacturing setting contract manufacturing a plus.

With regard to the manufacturing fundamentals of safety, quality, facility upkeep, and production, the production manager will be required to set clear expectations, lead through example, drive consistent accountability, and reward desired behaviors. 

The production manager will be expected to have a working knowledge of all product SOPS and will be responsible for training new employees. A certain level of technical understanding and an ability to “work with their hands” are a must 

       Will be expected to continuously build capability and trust with team members through strong communication skills and firm but fair management 

       Desire to work in a fast paced, upbeat, entrepreneurial environment 

       Ability to function clearly and efficiently under pressure 

       Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to teach and coach individuals from diverse backgrounds 

       Demonstrated computer skills and demonstrated knowledge of planning systems and inventory management programs, and scheduling.
