1.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES （主要职责）

•Design or development of electronic and electrical components or small system;

•Design or development of electronic and electrical components or small system;

•Lead the test and validation of the design;

•Sub-system and innovation project delivery;

•Work with engineers in other function to assist project leaders while follow the committed objective and schedule of each project;

•Concentrate continuously on the improvement of the quality and cost;

•Commit with the Yearly Evaluation (PMP);

•Preserve a good environment on the company, respecting yourself and others.

2.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS (其他要求)

•Knowledge & Skill (知识技能要求)

•Bachelor Degree, Major in Electrical or Automation Engineering;

•At least 5 years experiences in HW design and have sound project management capability;

•Familiar with circuit design, automatic control, some experience with PCB layout and knowledge of C language is preferable;

•Electrical component knowledge, e.g., Pump, Valve, Motor and Wire Harness;

•Demonstrated strong t problem solving and prevention techniques.

3.Physical Requirements（体力要求。如身体健康需适应频繁出差等）

•Perfect health condition;

•Willing to work in other places, e.g. Shenzhen or overseas, etc. for certain period is preferable.

4.Mental Requirements（创造性，主动性，需承受压力等）

•Must be able to work in tough environment and under great pressure;

•With good psychological qualities, be able to work with diverse cultures;

•Self-motivation and teamwork player;

•Be creative and initiative in work.

5.Tools and Equipment Used（工具及设备使用能力，英语，电脑要求等）

•Excellent written and oral English;

•Familiar with all kinds of design tooling for PCB design;

•Familiar with PC application SW.
