1）Responsible to design the company’s market promotional strategies, planning and implementation. 

   负责制定公司市场推广策略、计划并实施。 

2）Responsible to collect customers’ satisfaction information, maintain customers’ relationship, understand and satisfy customers’ requirements, increase the level of customers’ satisfaction and royalty. 

   负责收集整理客户满意度的有关资料，维护客户关系，把握并满足客户需求，提高客户满意度和忠诚度。。 

3）Creation of marketing materials, e.g. catalogues, gifts, demo room, presentation documents, tender documents, website and other multimedia promotion material production 

   市场宣传资料的制作（宣传册，礼品，展览厅，网页及其它宣传资料） 

4）Arrange training for sales people regarding marketing policy and product knowledge 

   为销售人员安排就市场策略和产品知识的培训 

5）Keep in touch with headquarters to ensure the accordant corporate image of the company & products (Event, Ad, MR, statistics, etc.) 

   与总部协调，确保公司形象及产品形象的一致性 

6）Collect and analyze internal & external factors related to the business to assist in strategy formulation

7）Other tasks will be assigned

2. Job Requirements能力要求

2.1 Education Qualification教育背景

1) Bachelor degree or above, in Marketing or Business Administration, MBA is preferred

   市场或工商管理本科以上学历，MBA者优先

2) Bachelor degree or above, in other disciplines, but at least three years relevant work experience

   其它专业本科以上学历，有3年以上相关工作经验

2.2 Knowledge & Skill知识及技能

1) Sound knowledge in marketing plan and strategy丰富的市场策划及策略经验

2) Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills较强的沟通，人际关系处理及谈判技巧

3) Strong ability in organizing and prioritizing projects较强的组织及计划能力

2.4 Experience经验

1) At least 5 years of experience in industry marketing field   5年以上工业市场工作经验

1) Good computer skill (Office software, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint)良好的计算机能力
