A. Job responsibilities 工作职责：

1. Achieve sales revenue target 区域销售目标的达成

2.Build and maintain customer relationship and Identify customers’ requirements, improve customer satisfaction 客户关系的管理, 了解客户需求，提高客户满意度

3. New project pursuit 新项目的跟进和获取

4.Offer quotation and negotiate the sales contract/agreement 报价和合同/协议谈判

5.Develop rolling sales forecast and support in inventory control 制定滚动销售预测并支持存货控制

6. Control OEM customers A/R 应收帐款的管理

7.Pull-through promotion at key fleets 终端市场拉动

8.Budget initiation and control 预算草拟与控制

9.Market and competition information collection 收集市场和竞争信息

10. General coordination the region 区域综合业务协调

B. Requirement 要求：

1. At least bachelor degree on mechanical major, major of vehicle engineering is preferred; 本科及以上学历，机械相关专业，车辆工程专业优先；

2.Over 8 years working experience of related field and 3 years sales management experience; 八年以上相关行业工作经验以及至少三年销售管理工作经验；

3. Fluent english both in oral and writing; 流利的口头与书面英语表达；

4. Flexibility and able to work under pressure, good communication skill and team player灵活且能在压力下工作，具备较好的沟通技巧与团队合作能力。

5. Work location is in Shenzhen or Guangzhou.工作地为深圳或广州
