A. Summary of job duties and responsibilities: 

The primary functions of this position are to develop channel to sell solution package and services of TFS to the industrial customers within the assigned territory, maintain positive channel customer relationships, pursue sale leads, conclude orders, and arrange internal sales logistics.


B. Primary duties and responsibilities: 

1. Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

2. Sell solution/services to the customers within assigned markets/territory by channel

3. Prepare/review proposals/quotations to prospective channel customers; negotiate with channel customers within the specified guidelines

4. Maintain existing channel customer contacts and dealing with complaints; analyzing customers' need to determine potential growth

5. Make sale presentations to prospective channel customers

6. Maintain sound knowledge of competitive activities in the territory/industry and reporting pertinent information to management

7. Any other duties assigned including assisting in the preparation of sales forecasts, preparing contract for close the sale orders, processing the work orders, coaching sales representatives and attending tradeshows


C.Experience/qualifications requirements: 

1. Degree in business or technical discipline

2. Minimum 3 years channel sales experience in Fire industry

3. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (oral and written) 

4. Strong customer connection network in a customer segment will be a special consideration

5. Positive, proactive and aggressive



职责范围:

负责在指定区域内,通过渠道销售(分销)网络,推广/销售公司的消防产品和系统,完成销售目标

负责分销商的日常管理和考核,并识别、开发新的销售渠道。


任职要求:

本科或以上学历,具备商科或相关技术专业者优先

3年以上消防行业的渠道销售经验

具有一定的英文听说读写能力

有良好的渠道网络者优先考虑

积极、主动、富有进取心
