1.What are my responsibilities? 

Building maintenance, decoration, extension and reconstruct/ modification foundation.

Manage 3rd party service, including maintenance vendor, construction vendor etc. 

Fire /emergency/risk Management in SSCL concerning GA parts.

Other assignment from Department manager or GA Officer.    

2.What do I need to qualify for this job? 

Construction law, production law, Chinese labor law. 

Fire control related to foundation. Prepare for foundation, water, heating and electricity supplier. 

Maintenance experience & knowledge of foundation, electric, air conditioner, building facility management.

Siemens internal related standardized regulation& process.

3.What else do I need to know?

2-3 year comparable or other management experience including project & security management is preferred.
