Responsibilities: 

1.主要负责冲压模具设计的工作（拉深模具、切边模具，翻边模具，成形模具，连续模具等），模具调试以及审核外协模具的设计，保证及时有效的完成工作任务。 

Main responsibility for punch tooling design(Deep drawing tool, Cutting Edge tool, Flanging tool, Forming tool, Progressive tool and so on) , tool test work, as well as audit outsourcing of tooling design, make sure that finish all tasks in time. 

2.根据模具工艺方案，制作模具设计工序图，并能指导下使用Dynaform进行FEM分析 

Make tooling design process part drawing base on tooling process, Also, make FEM analyze by Dynaform under support from expericed engineer 

3.总结相关模具设计经验，并标准化 

Summarize relevant tool design experience and standardize; 

4.对相应APQP小组负责，并参与相关模具设计 

Responsible for relating APQP team, and join relevant tooling design 

5.模具测试跟踪及组织相关问题的小组技术讨论、提出解决方案； 

Follow up tooling test and Organize technical discussion in team, put forward solutions； 

6.与产品设计工程师一起对产品及部件的图纸定义进行讨论，确保图纸的合理性 

Working together with product Engineer, discuss the define of product and part drawing ,and ensure the rationality of drawing 

7.完成上级交待的其他任务等. 

Finish other jobs from leader.

Requirements: 

大专或以上, 模具制造和设计相关专业 

College or above, tool manufacture and design related major. 

3年以上的冲压模具设计经验 

Above 3 years working experience of punch tool design 

熟练运用UG软件设计3D并出2D图； 

Skilled in making 2D &3D drawing with UG; 

熟悉掌握机械制图及GD&T的理论和应用知识； 

Familiar with mechanical drawing, theory of GD&T and knowledge; 

熟练掌握冲压工艺,例如拉深工艺，切边工艺，翻边工艺，成形工艺，连续模工艺等 

Skilled with stamping process，For example , Deep drawing process, Cutting edge process, flanging process, forming process, progressive process and so on.

具备丰富的汽车行业模具设计经验； 

Experienced in Car industry tool design experience 

具备基本的英语读写能力，基本口语交流； 

Medium English in both written and read, Basic English spoken.
