Responsibilities: 

- Monitor the volume and quality of output and adjust tasks, timing, equipment set-up, or inputs so that production specifications are met and resources are used efficiently.

- Supervise approximately 100 technicians to ensure that all production tasks are performed, and all machines and equipment operated safely.

- Train new technicians about the organization's operating procedures and standards.

- Prepare production reports so that performance, problems can be identified and resolved.

- Contact Internal with LG, PE, QC, R&D, HR, FI departments and external with suppliers.

- Directly reports to production manager.

- Working on rotating shift.

Requirements:

- 3 years or above working experience of production management in large machinery company

- Experience of lean production is preferred

- Bachelor or above

- Mechanical/electric education background

- Fluent in both oral and written English
