What are my responsibilities?

* Support lead IP counsel to develop IP strategy in sync with division business goal and also implement the strategy.

* Able to establish strong patent portfolio to protect our biz by offensive and defensive use.

* Develop and execute IP risk control approaches for division and take necessary steps to mitigate the IP challenges in sync with business needs

* Actively find opportunity to exploit Siemens patents to generate IP value.

* Supervise Siemens IP circular and internal IP policy implementation in sector operation and give advice in this regard.

* Align vital issue with all local stakeholders and SAG CT IP Division IP Counsel(s) to jointly define response plan and act.

* Create IP figure and IP report of division for communication and/or budget purposes.

* Provide advice to BU management on all IP related affairs in comply with China legal system and Siemens compliance.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

* Passionate in in-house IP career

* Working experience in energy, healthcare or computer science, mechanical engineering background is preferred.

* Skillful in patent drafting, OA, search, claim chart, infringement analysis.

* Open communication

* Excellent expression in English & Chinese (speaking and writing)

* Patent or law attorney qualification is a plus

* Fresh graduate with good background in technology and passion to persue IP career is also welcomed.
