What are my responsibilities? 

1.Perform the embedded software/ firmware deveopment from design concepts to mass production for HVAC projects in the target quality, cost and schedule.

2.Support the team supervisor to improve the design capability and quality so to meet the first time right strategy

3.Support the team supervisor to optimise continuously the overall design efficiency and producitvity.

4.Support the team supervisor to create the software design modules and solution library according to the marketing requirement library and apply it properly for new development projects.

5.provide technical supports to PLs, PMs and other departments for new project feasibility study 

6.Provide technical supports to maintenance PLs, Quality Manager and PMs for product trouble shooting in the field during the product life cycle.

What do I need to qualify for this job? 

1.Over 8 years in software development, SW project management skill is preferred.

2.Master with C, C++ and SW development base on Linux and Android OS is an advantage.

3.Familiar with software development tools and processes, strong in problem solving  & trouble shooting skills and knowledge 

4.WIFI/Zigbee development experience is an advantage. 

5.UI design/development base LCD and full touch screen.

6.Good cooperate  and communication skills with  team members & suppliers

7.Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin

8.Strong self study ability, self-motivate, independent and result-driven.
