Qualification 任职条件

o Education教育背景

大学本科以上学历，机械设计或汽车工程相关专业

Bachelor’s degree or above, mechanical design and automobile engineering related majors.

o Experience (type of)工作经验（类型）

3年以上相关汽车行业工作经验 3 years above related work experience in auto industry.

熟悉汽车生产内饰装配过程及相关设备，了解汽车生产线现场和生产组织系统。

Familiar with car manufacturing process and equipment, know about production site and production organization system.

完成3个以上的工艺项目的研究工作，完成一个项目的同步工程分析、投产支持、质量整改、工艺总结工作；

Attend at least 3 project’technical research of aseembly product planning ,Finished at least one assembly  project’s process analysis、quality optimize、support to the production line、summarize the whole project.  

o Specific knowledge/skills具备的知识/技能

能够熟练使用Auto-CAD及UG\catia等软件。

Good skills with Auto CAD and UG catia  software.

掌握TS16949 and VDA 6.3品质体系相关知识；

Have knowledge on TS16949 and VDA 6.3system

掌握汽车行业五大手册；

Have knowledge on MSA、SPC、PPAP、APQP、FMEA。

掌握工时分析的工具使用。

Have know ledge on MTM.

精通汽车专业英语，可以进行英语口语交流。

Good oral English, and written English of car industry
