Together with the RA/QA manager lead and support the  local organization in the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the QMS, quality management system, in alignment with applicable internal and external policies, standards and regulations.

Ensures an efficient and professional handling of customer realted issues e.g. customer complaints and product recalls.

Work with RA/QA manager and logistical agent  to ensure logisitcs quality work and efficient and professional handling of delivered products (e.g. well repacked and labeled to meet China reguation ) within the framework of the overall MHC Global quality strategy.
