Job Description 岗位职责
a. 制订设备管理制度、流程并监督执行; Set up related regulation and process of facility management, and monitor its implementation.
b. 建立设备管理档案; Facility documentation management;
c. 组织编写设备操作指导书; Organize to compile facility operation instructions;
d. 按国家法律法规对相关设备进行备案报检工作; Facility registration and inspection according to national policies and regulations;
e. 组织设备的选型、安装、调试、验收工作; Organize equipment selection, installation, commissioning and acceptance;
f. 监控设备运行情况,编制设备预防性保养计划及预算; Monitor equipment’s running performance, and make the maintenance plan and the budget;
g. 组织设备的维修保养工作; Organize the equipment’s maintenance and repairing work;
h. 上司安排的其他工作 Undertake other jobs assigned by the superiors.
Job Requirement 岗位要求
a. 机械/机电类相关专业大专以上学历; College’s degree or above major in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering;
b. 熟悉CAD制图及具备机械零件测绘能力; Ability of mechanical part mapping and CAD drawing;
c. 两年以上设备管理经验; Min. 2 years’ experience in facility management;
d. 熟悉国家关于特种设备的法律法规; Familiar with related policies and regulations regarding special equipment;
e. 基本的英语听说读写能力; Basic skill of English reading, speaking, listening and writing;
f. 高度的责任心; High sense of responsibility;
g. 较强的组织、协调、沟通能力; Strong ability in organizing, coordination and communication;
h. 良好的学习能力及适应环境变化能力; Good skill in learning and adaptation to work environmental changes;
i. 熟悉吊机、叉车、空压机、数控切割机等设备工作性能者优先考虑; Familiar with functional properties for crane, forklift, air compressor, NC cutter machine is preferred.
j. 具备国家认证的“设备管理师”资格者优先考虑 National certificate of “Equipment Management Engineer” holder is a plus.
