DESCRIPTION OF THE FUNCTION 概述职责范围: 

Lean implement in Supply Chain Management and continual improvement

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY 主要职责:

1.Work with 4Flow(consultant) for lean implement in SCM. 

2. Understand the “as is” process and the “to be” process, explain to the associates 

3. Leads the change management within SCM under lean principles. 

4. Build a lean culture in SCM

5. In charge of the continual improvement and eliminate the waste within SCM 

6. Good skill to transfer idea and success to documents 

7. Create and monitor the KPIs and goals on daily business. 

8. Good technologies and methodologies including Kanban system, one piece flow, value stream mapping, quick changeover, cellular manufacturing, inventory reduction, etc… 

9.Align with the lean strategy to be implemented plant-wide, even on global level. 

10. Represent SCM to coordinate with other functions for lean implement. 

11. Good layout optimizing skill and warehouse, MM knowledge ……
