(1)What are my responsibilities? -Understand and manage customer requirements, control the project scope, budget and schedule; 理解并管理客户需求，控制项目范围、预算和开发周期 -Regular and effective communications with customers (both internal and external) and project team. Work closely with production team to make sure the new products have a smooth ramp up. 与客户及项目团队成员进行周期性的有效沟通，与生产团队紧密合作以确保新产品顺利交付量产 -Develop and maintain detailed project work-plans and budgets; identify appropriate resources and assigns them with clear and accurate direction; 制定并维护更新详细项目工作计划以及项目预算；获取合适的资源并给项目成员分配清晰准确的工作内容和方向； -Manage day to day project execution, monitors staff performance against plan and identifies and resolves/escalates project issues. Communicates project status on a regular basis to management and maintains a repository of meeting minutes and project issues. 项目进行中的日常管理，按照项目计划监督项目成员的工作绩效、识别并解决项目中出现的问题。向管理层周期更新项目状态，做好项目会议记录及项问题记录 -Evaluate project risks, develop contingency plans, and responds to change in risk as the project progresses. Identifies, evaluates and monitors relevant quality standards for project and determines ways to meet the needs. 评估项目风险，指定相应的应急相应计划。识别、评估并监督所有影响产品及项目质量的事项，确保满足所有要求的质量标准 -Other tasks and assignment assigned by the Head of Project Management 其它由研发项目经理交付的任务 -Support quality department on process improvement for higher project execution efficiency 支持质量部门改善流程以便提高项目执行的效率
(2)What do I need to qualify for this job? - Familiar with Product Lifecycle management process (or Product Development Procedure) 熟悉产品生命周期管理流程（或新产品开发管理） - Good communication skills, Be able to communicate with customers (both internal and external) and project team effectively 良好的沟通技巧，可以与内部及外部的客户已经项目成员有效沟通 - Basic finance knowledge for project management 具备与项目管理相关的基本财务知识 - Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English 具备良好的中英文（口头及书面）沟通技巧 -High-volume manufacturing knowledge 量产产品的生产知识 - HVAC application knowledge that closely linked to CPS business 暖通空调应用知识 - Basic electrical/electronic, software or mechanical knowledge 基本的电子、软件及机械知识 - Familiar with international approbation requirement like CE, UL, CCC & C-Tick 熟悉常见的产品认证如CE, UL, CCC & C-Tick - Proficient in MS Office and MS Project 熟练使用微软办公系列软件
