1. Main Responsibilities 主要职责

•Carry out onsite customer services activities

•To be representative of Bobst service term to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

•Provide service assistance to service term in order to help their technical competence

•Routine for the Hot-Line duty and/or other technical support

•Keep follow Bobst company Technical Service procedure

•Comply with the environmental policy and system announced by the customers or any others.

•Follow the environmental policy and environmental management system; do the environmental responsibilities; protect the environment and saving.

2. Functional skills 专业技能:

•Familiar with field mechanical troubleshooting

•Familiar with maintenance in printing and packaging manufacturing facility.

•Excellent communication skills, cooperative, proactive, innovative, adaptable, dependable

•Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

•Fluent in English. 

•Willing to travel frequently

4. Education and Experience 教育背景及工作经历 :

•Bachelor degree, majored in mechanical engineering

•3 - 5 year working experience of mechanical engineering in manufacturing industry. 

•Age: around 30 years
