What are my responsibilities?

-Supervisor and Administer the employees in the Sub-System production area. Observe and control the workmanship results of the sub-system manufacture Personnel.

-Ability to work independently for Sub-System test, Ability to independently analyze and repair return sub system and to suggest and implement improvements.

-Ability to Assign and plan the workload ( Capacity Planning)

-Ability to guide and Train Employees

-Observation of Measuring processes to ensure that given parameters are adhered to

-Ensure that Norms, Regulations and Quality guidelines are adhered to

-Knowledge in handling of PCBA'S/Components according to IPCA 610

-Ensure that Safety Regulations are adhered to 

-Administration of Orders and Procedures

-Contact person for First Lot Production

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-Sound knowledge on people management and performance management

-Good knowledge on lean thinking and continuous improvement.

-Technical/mechanical experience/understanding

-Capability in reading and understanding electronic/mechanical diagrams. 

-Knowledge and functional understanding of components and electronic system

-Sound knowledge and capability of MS Office and Web applications

-Customer orientated, Analysis capabilities, Good Communication skills, Team player

-Good English both in Spoken and Writing 

-SAP Knowledge is preferable
