What are my responsibilities ? - Over all Regional Finance related, Leading RCM, Channel management and finance solution team - Supports financial reporting integrity/transparency, effective risk management and internal controlsystems aligned with Corporate Finance strategy and governance requirements. - Supports financial reporting integrity/transparency, effective risk management and internal control systems aligned with Corporate Finance strategy and governance requirements. - Supports efficient planning and performance controlling functions for the Region - Supports day-to-day business activities and collaborates with H Region Leadership Team to achieve the H Region Goals in each one of the different BUs and for H as a whole Regional-wide expense controlling (e.g. transparency, productivity) - Supports process to consolidate budget ﹠ forecast for the Region (MTA/MBR) - Manages price and total margin in collaboration with Division/ BU and the Price committee in the Country - Supports multimodality deals (country view, driven by Division BA) - Supports business processes aligned with RVP and Bus - Implements general terms ﹠ conditions in alignment with business requirements (e.g. legal) - LoA escalations approval - Coordination and administration of sales and distribution rights in the Region - Support BP/end-users with the proper financial solutions including but not limited to SFLL leasing, government loan or bank loan - Commercial support for BP Management(Target setting & Performance review)
What do I need to qualify for this job ? - More than 8 years experience in a commercial role - Experience at team leading - Good communication skills - SAP knowledge is preferred - Excellent EXCEL skills - Education to Bachelors level degree or above
