General:

- Data management

- Forecast and demand management.

- Keep proper inventory to support sales and improve OTDS in a sustained way

- Place replenishment order in a smooth way to leverage supplier capacity and improve ESSR constantly. 

Data management:

1. Use Acess or VB to develop the related daily/weekly/monthly reports (inventory, backorders, sales, OTDs and etc)
   

2. Setup the database to track- Develop small programm to improve SAP efficiencyPlanning & inventory management
   

3. Daily MRP running and inventory checking, create and place replenishment order; maintain AB date in SAP system; pullin and push out order based on actual sales demand;
   

4. Daily co-work with warehouse to ensure on time goods receiving, delivery, goods return, quality call back and stockblock.
   

5.  Weekly OTDS analysis to take improvement action;
   

6. Weekly inventory structure review to reduce excess and clean up dead stock
   

7. Involve in monthly S&OP process, actively communicate with BU and marketing to get information of business activities,forecast? Participate in new launch project to setting logistics flow and prepare initial stock.
   

8. Monthly review with supplier about forecast, capacity and backlog order; follow up supplier ESSR performance andimprovement action plan, help supplier on raw material and production management.
   

9.  Quarterly inventory parameters (ABC/FMR, SS, LOQ) analysis and adjustment, update review results in SAP system
   

10. Other tasks assigned by manager. Have knowledge on data management (Acess, VB...), inventory management, forecast management and capacitymanagement, can predict risk to avoid shortage and overstock.Education:Bachelor degree or above major in logistic or economics?
    

Job Related Experience:

• Above 5 years working experience in planning and inventory managementOthers (e.g. language skills, technical skills):Fluent English in writing and speaking, sufficient knowledge in MS officesoftware, knowledge or experience on SAP
