Objective and key responsibility: For the product families under his/her responsibility, manage on daily basis the procurement loops for raw materials, components and finished products to guarantee availability and control stock levels: Acknowledge DC PO and give reliable 2nd commitment in case of delay Communicate with CSC (for new deadline / urgent order …) Review production queue and work closely with production to adapt the capacity. Release PO to supplier. Check open PO status and communicate with supplier in case of problem (delay, shortage…) Analyze regularly RM & FG stock, forecast accuracy and adapt parameter setting accordingly
Profile competency requirement: - Education: Bachelor degree, major in logistics, industrial engineering or relevant subjects is required, Bachelor degree or above majored in Supply Chain, Logistics or Industrial Engineering is ideal - Job Related Experience: more than 2 years material planning or inventory control experiences in manufacturing companies is compulsory, knowledge on MRP logic, familiar with SAP or other ERP system - Business Understanding: Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): English skill in oral and written PC operation, SAP or ERP system Strong responsibility and communication skill, can work effectively under high pressure
