Mission: * Implements defined Production Quality policies to ensure the overall quality control aspects of raw materials, in-process and finished products.
Areas of Responsibility: * Builds up and conducts quality inspection process, instructions, and sets specific quality standards suitable to the company. * Ensures the implementation of incoming check, process check and finished-product check, and actively supports projects and relevant departments in inspection and test field. * Organizes to implement Quality Management System within the company. * Technically supports Supplier Quality Management (SQM) function on supplier quality improvement by corrective and preventive actions. * Supervises all the measuring instruments and tools be calibrated and maintained timely, keeps all of them in good condition. * Deals with quality complaints. * Monitors quality cost and takes actions in order to reduce Non-conformance Cost. * Finishes product testing for quality purpose internal and external timely. * Actively supports supplier evaluation activity and localization. * Ensures necessary quality records be kept properly according to the relevant regulation. * Works out annual quality training and makes it implemented together with HR. * Safety support for products and projects.
External/Internal Contacts: * Internal: reports to General Manager directly, MO members, SSCX Management Team, colleagues from MQC and other related departments * External: Suppliers, Customers, Public Authorities and Third Parties as well as associations
Experience: * Over 8 years working experience in manufacturing management or quality management or project management. * Be familiar with manufacturing process is a plus. * Above 3 years working experience in managing people around 20.
Education and Training: * Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, automation, railway signaling etc.
