Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills • Degree in human resource management or equivalent • Over 6 years solid experience as in handling full spectrum of HR disciplines in factories • Sound knowledge of China labor law and its implication to HR management • A dynamic professional with strong business sense • Well organized, able to handle details accurately • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with self-driven personality • High level of integrity and courage to challenge the status quo and to drive change • Professional training and facilitation skills • Excellent command of English and Chinese • Manufacturing and MNC background is a must |
