1. In charge of development on heating element, including designing, new material finding, process and DOE.

2. In charge of RFQs, ensuring all quotations are on time.

3. Be responsible for technical documents, release drawing, data sheet, routing, BOM into system.
负责产品技术文件，图纸，加工单等文件释放。
4. Be responsible for sample following.
负责样品跟踪。
5. Be responsible for launch on mass production.
负责首批释放产线跟踪。
6. Be responsible for project management.
负责项目管理。
7. Working with process engineer to solve process issues.
与工艺工程师协同解决工艺过程问题。
8. Working with QA to close complains from customer and quality issues.
与质量部协同解决客户投诉和质量问题。
9. Working with Sourcing to develop new supplier to save cost，qualification for raw material ，outsourced product.
与资源团队协同开发新供应商完成成本节约，原材料和外包产品的资质确认。

Qualifications： 

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical design or related majors, more than 3 years relevant working experience;
本科及以上学历，机械设计或相关专业，3年以上相关工作经验；
2. Good command of mechanical design software, familiar with product development or experience in product development projects independently; Good English level;
熟练运用机械设计软件，熟悉产品开发的或有独立完成产品开发项目经验；具有良好的英语听说读写能力；
3. Strong communication and coordination ability, work actively, strong learning ability, good team work spirit.
较强的沟通协调能力，做事积极主动，学习能力强，良好的团队合作精神。
