Responsibility:
Overview: To ensure effective marketing of responsible product lines and reach annual business goals. 
Scope:
1. Develop strategies and tactics needed to drive sustainable business growth and gain market shares in specific product segments. 
2. Track sales results of product lines on a regular basis and update strategies and tactics to ensure preset business targets can be achieved.
3. Market research: establish ways of collecting competitive market information and draft monthly reports reflecting industry trend and competitive situation including market growth rate and market shares and so on so that we are focusing on customer segments with greatest potential.
4. Management of product forecast and inventory.
5. Optimize product mix based on customer buying habits and market environment to maintain competitive edge and profit margins.
6. New product launch and flawless implementation to ensure successful introduction of new products which are key to future growth.
7. Create innovative and powerful sales tools to help sales team increase effectiveness in daily sales calls.
8. Responsible for internal and external training on products.
9. Close communication with German headquarter marketing counterparts to get latest product information.
10. Build expert networking and KOL pool to support marketing activities.

Requirements:
1. 3+ years of work experiences as product manager of surgical products.
2. Proactive and enthusiastic with clear personal goal.
3. Fluent in both oral and written English.
4. Proficient in office software.
5. Comfortable with flexible working time.
6. Clinic /Chemical background prefered
