Responsibility:
1. Responsible for sales development in own territory under instruction.
2. Identify and create business opportunities, and lead further process. 
3. Promote company to customers and build/maintain customer relationship.
4. Develop new business and explore new customer to achieve sales target. 
5. Update CRM in time to track and follow up. 
6. To prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients and turn it into increased business.
7. To plan persuasive approaches that will convince potential clients to do business with Bufab. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network. 
8. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives. 
9. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
10. Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM. Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals.
11. Networking, Persuasion, Prospecting, Public Speaking, Research, Writing, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
12. Coordination with other teams to make business success. 
13. Frequent travelling in China region.
Education & Qualifications
1. Bachlor degree or above, major in business prefered.
2. Minimum 6 year’s sales experience in B2B company. 
3. Knowledgable of the small parts and industrial standard (DIN, ISO, GB, ANSI, FE…) is an advantage. 
4. Must have experience of business development towards international companies. 
5. Good command of English in both writing and oral. Must be able to read and understand instructions in English.
6. Good computer literacy in English office environment.

2. Professional sales skill and working method. Should have clear business mind with positive work attitude. 
3. Work under pressure include but not limited to below aspects: 
. Suffering from downturns in the industry and/or economy

. Dealing with customers unsatisfied with the quality of the product or service
4. Strong at presentation and negotiation with customers in both Chinese and English.

7. Integrity, ambitious, patient, organized, planning and responsible.
8. Be with overall view and in long-term.
