Responsibility: 1. Provide professional technical support for world wide CSE to solve site technical incidents, Sometimes provide on site support upon request 2. Collecting product problems from customer site and address Charms to R&D or SCM to improve product design or quality; contribute KB and Speed info to maintain product. 3. Insure the project support with SD, TC and R&D group by professional technical knowledge and experience to drive projects testing. 4. Customer support document management.
Requirement: 1. Bachelor or above, majored in Radiologist, Medical Imaging, Bio-medical Engineering; 2. MR technical knowledge; being very familiar with MR system; 3. Fluent English; both reading and speaking. |
