Selection Criteria:
A、Education and Background
1.4-5 years experience in medical devices industry 
2.At least 3 years working in marketing in Ostomy product business 
3.Bachelor degree or higher in pharmaceutical, medical/clinical/nursing or related field is preferred
4.Proven track records in independently product management, including budget planning, product launch, and product life cycle management, pricing management etc. 
5.Fully understanding of the value chain approach and proper marketing process applicable to the creation and sustaining of the needs among the end customers
6.Proud to be representing the product brand and well capable of building high level customer contacts with hospital professionals to develop the marketing business plan with strategic objective to increase Sales and communicate tailored company goals to be executed by the Sales force. 
7.Loyalty towards the employer must be shown in the past 
B、Skill：
1.Experiences of work successfully and productively in cross functional teams 
2.Trained ET, Ostomy Management is preferred
3.Excellent capability of strategic planning, market research, data analytical and ability to define and work within a assigned budget 
4.Fluent in speaking and writing Chinese and good in English 
5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
