Responsibility:
1. Develop and implement annual marketing plan and new product development plan.
2. Responsible for brand management and development strategy.
3. Establish a suitable product prices for the company strategy development system.
4. Lead and encourage the marketing team to implement the marketing strategy effectively. 
5. Organize internal and external product training.
6. Develop department cost budget, implement and control the budget.
7. Responsible for product complaints and quality control.

Requirements:
1. Medical background, bachelor or above degree 
2. More than 10 years of marketing and sales experience in foreign medical device industry, with solid experience on product and brand management, KOL management.
3. At least 3 years management experience, excellent team management and motivating ability.
4. Strong communication skills with ability to work with multiple teams;
5. Multitask handling capability;
6. Strategic thinking with good planning and detail oriented ability;
7. Proficient in written and oral English;
