Brief Description

This position will be mainly responsible for sensor products new products development quality activities to support project launch, and take leadership to solve quality issues happened during projects. Work individually, have good sense and judgment. Work with global organization, strong communication skill and leadership is needed.

Detailed Description

1.    Response for APQP process to support new products development

2.    Review Customer Specific Requirement and transfer to manufacture control.

3.    Response for prototype control plan and work with team for sample building to ensure sample quality

4.    Response for quality documents of new projects, make site team will support.

5.    Response for PPAP documents submission and get customer approval

6.    Response for quality issue solving during new projects

7.    Follow projects launch status according standard process to track project launch quality

Job Requirements 

1.    B.S. Degree or above.

2.    Over 5 years working experience and 3 years above related working experience.

3.    Expertise in APQP, PPAP, CP, FMEA, 8D and QC tools preferred.

4.    Basic knowledge of quality systems (ISO9001, TS16949, and VDA etc).

5.    Good judgment, logical thinking and communication skill.

6.    Good ability to lead a team during a critical quality issue in global organization

7.    Automotive parts project quality support experience preferred.

8.    Global working experience preferred.

9.    6 Sigma Green Belt preferred.

10.  Ability to travel flexibly (domestic & international).

11.  Skill for Microsoft office software.

12.  Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking
