Objective target of the function:

Plan and implement the short, medium, long-term marketing strategy and action plan to fulfil the company target
Build company brand as the wound expert in China, identify the other business development opportunity of other group business segments and make the business plan  
Build, and lead a strong professional marketing team
Keep close contact with international marketing of HQ and coordination with sales and other company functions

Main Tasks:

Setting up and implementing short, medium, long-term market development strategy and goals

Achieving target according to the market plan and fulfill the company target

Developing company brand as wound expert, increase the brand awareness and reputation

Motivating and building a strong market team by performance measurement system

Building the company KOL network

Conducting market survey and analysis on targeted market, including but not limited to the info on market trend, competition dynamics, pricing and reimbursement policy and tendering, customer demand both from distributor and end-users  

Formulating, optimizing, implementing market strategy of each product line and promotion plan, helping sales department to achieve the sales targets

Assisting and supporting customer and quality complain as well as other tasks from MD
Strong leadership, excellent self motivation and execution capability

Strong willingness to grow together with the company by developing company as a leading market player in China wound care market till 2020

>8 year marketing proven experience in medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry with at least 5 years working experience and proven success on management level

Proven track record in building, developing and leading a strong professional team

Good capability in coordination, communication, flexibility as well as competence working under high pressure

Loyalty towards the employer must have been shown in the past

High level of personal integrity. Personal values based on trust, passion, partnership and professionalism.

Fluent speaking and writing both in Chinese and English

Bachelor degree or higher in pharmaceutical, medical/clinical/nursing or related field is preferred
