1. Develop the disconnector business strategy in China together with the HQ and implement it in China. 2. Develop & build 1st class disconnector team in China, including mainly in the fields of disconnector engineering, production & marketing. 3. Manage the disconnector operation in China, including mainly engineering, marketing & production in order to reach the financial targets, sales, turnover and EBIT. Evaluate subordinates' performance according to their responsibility. 4. Cooperating with HR, execute company's rewards and punishment system. 5.
