1. What are my responsibilities? Coordinate activities as well as cross function collaboration, take care direct/indirect material purchasing, inventory control, supplier management and so on. Inventory control based on production plan fluctuation/season impact, optimize the delivery time, shipping time and risk factor Negotiate with suppliers on making stock for our facility and ensure materials delivered on-time. Cooperate with Production Engineer to monitor the BOM accuracy Maintain data, make sure master data accuracy and update. Cooperate with Project Team to ensure material preparation for new project safe launch. Work with quality/SPR engineer to improve the supplier quality Reporting & financial related KPI monitoring Lead and coach team members and team development
2. What do I need to qualify for this job? Minimum 5 years working experience in purchasing area of industry Strong business sense with excellent purchasing/planning knowledge and strategy Excellent inventory control skills. Fluent English with both spoken and written Bachelor Degree or above Superior communication skill and project management skill
