Responsibility  
Be  responsible  for  recruiting  technical  and  engineering  staff  for  the  company；  
Be  responsible  for  realizing  the  headcount  openings  and  planning  from  internal  company  and  external  customers；  
Be  responsible  for  organizing  and  coordinating  candidates  screening  and  interview  activities；  
Result-oriented  performance  appraisal.
 
Requirement：
More  than  3  years  recruiting  working  experience；
Familiar  with  automotive  interior  &  exterior  design  and  engineering  industry；  preferred  to  coming  from  the  same  industry；  
Prefer  to  have  headhunter  or  HR  consultancy  working  experience；  
Able  to  actually  understand  technical  requirement  and  communicate  with  engineers  at  technical  level；  
Prefer  to  have  database  or  network  with  engineering  talents；  
Strong  teamwork  awareness  and  skills；  
Foreign  language  including  English  or  French  or  German  will  be  valuable  assets；  
Able  to  work  under  the  pressure；
