Responsibility: Manage and follow up company annual cost saving projects to ensure project completion on schedule. Conduct and lead meetings with the internal Team and supplier to clarify technical & commercial requirements and milestones Work with commodity team and engineer team to identity cost reduction opportunity, drives cost savings through negotiation, dual sourcing, LCC, value added engineering and leveraging of spend, as appropriate. Act as an interface between make site and Global commodity team. Manage supplier performance from cost, delivery, quality, service aspect, involving in supplier periodical audit Supplier capacity management to avoid delivery issues. Handle supplier issues that planning team escalated. Maintain supplier and price database in Oracle. Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent. 3years+ working experience in Purchasing, Commodity, or Sourcing in international company is preferred. Strong project management capability, be able to lead and influence others in a complex environment. Communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to deliver results, problem solving oriented. Fluent oral English, good English communication capability in reading & writing Job Requirements 1.
